Seitan Ragu is a plant-based alternative to the traditional Bolognese Ragu, vegan and vegetarian friendly.
Developed in collaboration with a team from Queen Margaret University, based in Edinburgh, Scotland, this product is a perfect blend of traditional Venetian flavours and vegan seitan.
Seitan is a gluten protein which provides the same consistency as a regular meaty ragu, therefore this product is NOT gluten-free.
Perfect for a romantic dinner for two or a practical family meal, simply heat and stir through cooked pasta, season to taste and è pronto - it's ready!
