We do, of course, hope that you love our products as much as we do. However, we recognise that this may not always be the case so if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your order, detailing the issues.
By law, unless damaged or faulty, you cannot return or obtain a refund for perishable items including food and drink. However, we want our customers to be happy so please give us a chance to resolve any issues by email in the first instance.
If the product is faulty or damaged, please take photos of the damage or fault and contact us at email@example.com before you dispose of the product, in case we need to arrange a return to the vendor.
Our policy is valid for 30 days after purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
